Zjistil jsem, jak musím upravit jídelníček

Zaujaly mě výsledky pro výživu, protože tohle jsou věci, které jinak zjistíte až v situaci, kdy máte některé látky vyloženě nedostatek. Zjistil jsem, že můžu mít nedostatek hořčíku, vitamínu C a omega 3. Vitamín C jsem si doplňoval tak nějak vždycky, ale třeba hořčík jsem bral jenom při sportu, když už jsem dostával křeče. Teď na to budu víc myslet a když si kupuji výživové doplňky, tak se budu víc soustředit na takové látky, které skutečně potřebuji a spíš sáhnu třeba po tom hořčíku nebo omega 3.

Vím, že na sobě musím pracovat

U výsledků testu mě zajímalo potvrzení nebo vyvrácení některých mých domněnek. Hodí se vědět, za co můžu já a za co můžou geny. Vyšlo mi třeba, že mám sklony k nabírání, nebo že nemám dokonalý svalový predispozice. Pro někoho to může být taková berlička, ale to já nechci tolerovat, takže budu o to víc cvičit, abych byl ve formě.

Skvělá motivace pro lepší životní styl

Test mi hodně pomohl nastartovat zdravější životní styl. Líbí se mi, že některé výsledky třeba z výživy jsem mohla aplikovat hned (třeba jsem začala brát zinek a déčko). Překvapilo mě, že mi vyšla vyšší silová kapacita. Díky tomu jsem se konečně odhodlala jít do posilovny. Docela rychle se zlepšuji a motivuje mě to tam chodit pravidelně. Je to super.

How does home testing work?

  • 1. You purchase a saliva collection kit

    You can find subscription sets in our e-shop, or you can buy them from our distributors.

  • 2. You will collect saliva in the comfort of your home

    After unpacking, you fill the tube with a small sample of your saliva. The kit is in no way linked to your identity and your data is anonymised.

  • 3. Send the samples to the laboratory

    Place the sample tube in the enclosed prepaid envelope and send it back to Macromo. Just take it to the nearest Post Office.

  • 4. Analysis and results

    You will receive the results within 40 days in the Macromo mobile application. Only you will see them. Macromo will not pass them on to any third party under any circumstances.
